The Brief
Aquila Truck Centres approached Newling Events to support their presence across three major industry events during the summer of 2026. Rather than treating each exhibition as a standalone project, the objective was to develop a flexible, reusable event solution that would maximise brand visibility while delivering a consistent visitor experience across every location.
The programme included:
Cereals Show – Diddly Squat Farm (June 2026)
Royal Three Counties Show – Three Counties Showground (June 2026)
Truckfest – Three Counties Showground (July 2026)
Newling Events was tasked with designing, producing and managing a bespoke exhibition solution that could be installed, transported and adapted for each event, while creating an inviting space for visitors to engage with the Aquila Truck Centres team.
The Outcome
Newling Events delivered a complete turnkey exhibition solution that enabled Aquila Truck Centres to maintain a strong and recognisable presence throughout their summer events programme.
At the heart of the stand was a fully branded marquee featuring a canopy, side and rear walls, flooring and a welcoming hospitality area. To increase footfall and encourage meaningful conversations, the stand incorporated a selection of interactive games that attracted visitors throughout each event, creating a fun and engaging environment while generating opportunities for the sales team to connect with potential customers.
The outdoor footprint was enhanced with branded feather flags, café barriers and branded furniture, ensuring the Aquila Truck Centres identity was highly visible from every approach. Every element of the stand was carefully designed and artworked by the Newling team, creating a cohesive look that reflected the client's brand across all three events.
Beyond the creative delivery, Newling managed the complete operational programme, including transportation of all event assets between venues, onsite installation and derig, supplier coordination and event logistics. By providing a reusable exhibition solution, Aquila Truck Centres benefited from a cost-effective approach that maintained a premium brand presence across multiple events without the need to redesign or recreate the stand each time.
The result was a professional, eye-catching exhibition environment that increased brand visibility, encouraged visitor engagement and provided Aquila Truck Centres with a scalable event solution for future outdoor exhibitions.
