The Brief
Bravo Networks appointed Newling Events to deliver their flagship annual conference, BNC.26. A large-scale, high-energy event designed to bring together their network for two days of content, connection and celebration.
The brief was to create a seamless end-to-end experience for 700 delegates, combining a substantial conference programme with a 50-stand exhibition, high profile guest speaker, evening social events and a formal awards dinner.
Newling Events were tasked with managing the entire event lifecycle, from early-stage planning through to onsite delivery. Theis included floorplan and set design, supplier and talent liaison, delegate management including hotel bookings, and the full coordination of logistics across conference, exhibition and evening events.
The Outcome
BNC.26 was delivered successfully over two days at the Liverpool Experience Campus, creating a polished, engaging and well-paced event that met both strategic and experiential goals.
The conference welcomed 700 attendees and featured a headline guest speaker – Rasmus Ankersen who delivered an impactful session that resonated strongly with the audience. The exhibition space hosted 50 stands, supported by a carefully considered floorplan that encouraged footfall, networking and visibility for exhibitors. Newling also supported the lead client Bravo with their own space only stand activation, Platinum Executive Lounge and a networking lounge.
Evening events played a key role in the overall experience. A high-energy party night on the first evening set the tone with Kahuna Huts providing Burgers, Sausage and Mash, Caribbean food and a dedicated hut for Apple Crumble, plus “Pub Games” of Pool, Table Football, Darts and Shuffleboards helped enhance the laid-back atmosphere. A formal awards dinner followed on the second night, hosted by TV personality Cally Beaton. The 3-course meal and awards recognised the achievements across the Network and the Bloomsbury Band rounded off the night in spectacular fashion.
From pre-event planning through to onsite execution, Newling Events provided a fully managed solution, overseeing logistics, supplier coordination, talent management and delegate services. The result was a smooth, professional and memorable conference that allowed Bravo Group to focus on their delegates and objectives, confident that every detail was being handled.
Testimonial
“Newling Events were an outstanding partner in delivering BNC.26. From the earliest planning stages through to the final awards dinner, their attention to detail, professionalism and calm approach made a complex event feel effortless. Managing 700 delegates, a large exhibition, high-profile speakers and multiple evening events is no small task, but the Newling team handled it seamlessly. The feedback from our attendees has been extremely positive, and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.”
